Teleport and Noclip for Robby

I think Robby Cortez should get noclip or at least teleport rights because sometimes people get stuck in jail or in a wall or maybe even in someones room/apartment. And sometimes people get stuck and don't want to die by slay because they have bought guns or money with them. Robby should get noclip just inc case he gets stuck or at least give it to him when he gets the gunspawn rights. As for teleport, he should get them soon mostly to get people out of jail when their is no cops on.

what im thinking which I will discuss with mike is to create a plugin that we give robby access to that will do a single spot teleport that will teleport people right outside the pd infront of the bench. He can use this command only once a minuite that way we can ensure there is no abuse or very minimum if he can only do it once a minuite and he cant teleport people anywhere that will allow him to take care of people who spawn in jail and allow him to take care of people who get stuck.
