About the Org and What it will do(In detail) The Mafia will own and control the streets, we will run the drugs, Alcohal, Weapons, Transports, and some very little robberys and killing maybe if we are at war but very unlikely unless we are attacked by another gang such as the Triads. Robberies are at a minimum, we do not need the finances from sticking up the Edeka or the Pizza place were we will usually meet.

Why you would like to have this org: I would like to have this org becuase I have been a gang leader before and The Mafia has been poorly ran with many random killings and robberies. I tell you all now, I will NOT tollerate disobediance, random murders, and frequent robberys in my gang.
How active are you on the server?: I get on the server when ever i can. After school, Weekends, Summer, WHENEVER I CAN.
How active will you be on the server if you get this org?: Just the same cuase im doen all im able to do to play the amount of time I play now.

[Rejected], well at least for now. We dont lock topics on this forum or at least not yet incase there is anything else needed to be said. But there were some good things about this org so for now rejected.

Now let me go through what I liked and didn't like and read it again and tell you what you could actually be more clear on or expand on before its a final deny. I do like how you saw that it was a wreck before with the previous leader, possibly was the leader possibly was us just being unorganized with the server and basically handed that job out because we needed leaders but anyhow not going to place blame on anyone. I liked how you notice the basic things that were wrong, random killings and constant robs. What you guys will be doing is also done, regular gang activity nothing special nothing different just regular mafia, don't know how to incorporate all of that like to have you guys pushing drugs. Why you liked that position decent however the whole strictness about it like how you will NOT tolerate, easily said but hard to be done. So that's why I have recruitment system, success plan and anti-dm plan. So what you put wasn't really what I was looking for. I was looking for some GOOD planning that hopefully time was put into or just planning from a previous org you lead, but I was looking for a fully explaned and layed out plan to tell us how you plan on making sure that this goes successfully and basically not like the last mafia. They all pretty much go together to help seperate things I made them 3 different questions. The recruitment plan I was more of looking for how you will decide who gets in and who doesn't. Up somewhere you said you will recruit people organized, but how will you do that? How will you even know who is organized or not? The success plan can pretty much be like the same like having a good recruitment plan will help to make sure you dont get bad rpers in the org in the first place, such as like a regular put them through a few tests, gang related and rp related if even fine. Anti-dm plan is how plan on making sure there is no dming in your org because dming is the main problem with bad orgs.

So if you read it or didnt to sum it up, for now its rejected however re-reading it and going through it a few times, if you can just go back and do the success plan, recruitment system and anti dm plan. The most important part of the application to me that you need to fully go through and think about how you will run the org to make it a good one.
