Recruitment System: Well the way it would work is that you need to first meet with me and then have a meeting with me about how you want to join and why. Then you will be tested to robe a place without killing anyone and with evading the police,At that point you'd meet with me we'd give it a final talk and you would eithere star as a beginner or a thug.(depending how well you robbed)

Success Plan: well my plan is to get a fair amount of workers and make a name for it. So that people respect and fear us.

Anti-DM Plan:Well I would be watching over the org and keeping notes on my notepad of say,Who dm'ed who last or who tried to kill him or who was calling someone names and depending on what they did I'd either fire them or make them do the robbing test all over again. I can keep a pretty good eye on what happens it it for I am usually on. Me Myself Hating Dming I will of course not do it. and I am strict about letting people in as well for I could let a rong person in and,bam we got a dm'er with access to weapons. But Hopefully I won't have to deal with anyone in my org dming for the test will show me who they are and if they DM.

Well as I have said I am a responsible person who will listen to admins be fun be fair,not dm nor rk or metagame. Cause I know that this is a responsibility and I can handle it. I just hope that you can understand me request

So far this application is looking alright, however a few things for now ill just ask you to fill out the last 3 parts of the application that you forgot to do. I ask you take time and think these through because these are where it will really count.

well like i said take some time into the 3. The recruitment system needs to be a little more specific and the anti dm plan how do you plan on making that happen to actually have a working 3 strike system, will the 3 strike system work and how are you going to keep track and stuff it just doesnt seem like something easily doable. Plus we need to ensure that the org is dm free so having someone have 3 strikes will allow them to dm while they are in and get warnings we need plans that will help make sure there is no dming in the first place. But these 3 all go hand in hand so even starting with a good recruitment plan will make sure that no dmers are in your org, and thats what I need more time and thought put into these. And next thought id ask before it gets to far is what you guys will be doing, that didnt make much sense you will be half good half bad, by robbing and stuff but not being in street killings. To me this sounds like you will do everything a normal org would do with the exception of dming.

okay so once again what the org will do, that part was unclear need that one explained a little better, the whole half good half bad thing I didnt understand. And once again the 3 strike thing im not liking, doens't seem very efficient pen and paper would work for keeping track, but what if you were to lose it, spill a drink on it or something. Also the 3 strike will give them a chance to abuse in the org and recieve only a strike for it. If possible think of a better way, but if not then a good recruitment plan would be nice so that a dmer isn't able to come in. Also with that recruitment plan seems like your only testing them for robbing? assuming that you guys will be doing a lot of robbing is not good because we dont want another org getting out of hand with robbing. And once again I need to know what the org will be doing.

Accepted, rather than back and forth to get the org app out and tell him what he needs some improvment on to get the org idea across and what missing we continued the whole org app and ideaing ingame. So you won't find out what happened on the fourms or why it got accepted, but I might post the ideas and planning that we decided ingame, because the idea he had was nice and had some good ideas afterwards if the planning and implementation can go fine this should be a good org assuming he has good online leadership skills, enough dedication and patients to actually go through with all of this and responsability.
