New Criminal Org

Im Tucker Nelson and Id like to make a new criminal organization called the Bloodz. Ive been with your server awhile and I look forward to possibly leading this group of organized criminals.

About the Org and What it will do(In detail) They will partake in a number of criminal activities like robbing and drug dealing, the usual criminal stuff.

Why you would like to have this org: It would be alot of fun and being the decent roleplayer I am it would probly give the police somthing to do as well.
Why you should get this org: I think Id be a good leader.

How active are you on the server?: I come on every day that Im not out of town.
How active will you be on the server if you get this org?: Probly the same.

Recruitment System: id probly recruit friends and exsperianced Rpers. No1 new to rping, they can have starter jobs

Success Plan(To help ensure that you org goes successful) Ill make sure not to recruit any noobs, and ill keep my men in line. Josh Handuro will be my 1 and only co leader and he ran the mafia for awhile so i have faith in him to help us get to the top.

[Rejected], doesn't seem like this would go successfully, perhaps some more planning would help. Aswel as to be honest Josh being the previous leader of the mafia doesn't seem like he would be a good leader for this new one, because his last one was taken away for being a bad org, bad rpers in it and such. If you would like think about this more and come up with some good ideas, originality(not liking the name, and its the same as any other crime org) and better planning, and post up another app in a few weeks if youd still like to get an org. Sorry for the wait, we will try to check the forums regularly.

K thanks for looking at it... Everyone but you thought it looked good but ur the admin so back to the drawing board for me. Ill admit it was a spur of the moment thing but I think it wuld come out great. Ill think how to make it better or somthing and Ill take any name you give me cuz its not about the name to me. I just wanted it to b a gang and thats a gang name i dont know what else u want. Anyway Ill have another app up later...

okay yeah sure, pretty much what im looking for is an original idea if possible, something unique that isnt the same as all the other orgs (same old same old crime). But if you cant think of any or dont want anything but a crime org im ok with that. But what I was looking for mostly in it was the planning Succes plan, anti dm plan, and recruitment system. They needed to be something not too difficultly complicated that i know for a fact wont ever be carried through for every new recruit and they needed to be good something that will look like it will work. What I saw was the same old not recruit dmers recruit experienced rpers, which is great but its hard to tell with a lot of people who are good rpers who arnt and how much experience they have its just words they tell you, unless you know them personally. For that app i didnt care that the success plan and anti dm plan were similar infact a lot of apps will be similar with those 2 but more of looking for like detailed explanations of how this will be successful through what as a leader that you do to make sure that this org is successfull, good rping org, free from dming, spamming, breaking rules and thats it pretty much. As the for the name, the bloodz not liking the whole putting in bloodz and crips as a name, and you dont care about naming thats fine, when it comes down to almost being accepted you, whoever else is with on this can help think of one, i can help think of one. But overall just looking for some good planning that when I read it I can go okay thats a good idea, if they could carry out this idea i think hopefully this should turn out a good rper. Leaders are major cause leaders opinions matter most, and most leaders dont like to argue against each other and just like to agree and go along with what each other say, which is fine as long as what each of them are saying is good. So having Josh as a leader, who I didnt know personally controlling your org having a large say in what happends doesnt seem like it will go well as it didnt in the mafia. But again I dont know him personally or how he RP's. I think what went wrong was his members, how it was walk on rather than a good recruitment system where all members are put through strict tests where they must do something and do it a certan way to be in, and strictness he got too friendly with them so even knowing they are bad rpers(rob spam, dm etc...) he wouldnt fire them cause he because good friends with them, or something like he had nothing better to do around the server or in his org but rob so he did that a lot and it became a problem that there are too many members robbing 24/7. I don't know I wasn't watching mafia but these are pretty common problems.
