Success Plan: Well I plan on making the club more fun. I will have times where there will be open parties where everyone on the server is invited (an entry fee might be required, Or not) and I will also let people rent out the club for themselves for rp birthdays or whatever. Then I will have guards let people in and roleplay a club like in the movies.

Anti Dm Plan: Well I'll only give access to any guns or items that are availible to people that have proved themself and have had some experiance, Im unaware of any gunspawns at the moment but things change and there might be some, I forgot... Only people in higher jobs of the club will be able to get the guns and whatever. Ill also try to hire people that are responsible and dont DM.

Recruitment System: Well if there new to the server there will be some questions asked like an application on the server or I check the forums if they'd like to put it there. If they seem like nice people with no record of ban or dm I will hire them, they will start out low and work there way up to the more fun things to do. And of course if they dont show that they are responsible enough to handle it then they will either be fired or stay low ranks. There will be questions and tests to show me you are ready when asked for a promotion just because you've been low rank a long time dosnt mean your ready and havnt proven yourself.
